Snax Rentals Refund Policy

At Snax Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness while keeping our business operations smooth. Please review our policy before booking:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations 14+ days before the event: Full refund or credit for a future booking.

  • Cancellations 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit towards a future event.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but we offer a credit for a future booking.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If your event is outdoor-dependent and weather conditions make it unsafe, we offer a credit for a future date. Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations.

Deposits

  • A refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is returned once items are picked up and are not damaged, dirty, or altered. 

No-Show & Late Cancellations

  • If our team arrives at the event location and is unable to set up due to customer-related issues (e.g., no access to venue, no response), no refunds will be issued.

Damage or Equipment Issues

  • If equipment malfunctions due to our fault, we will offer a replacement or partial refund if the issue significantly affects the service.

  • If damage occurs due to guest misuse or negligence, no refunds will be issued, and additional fees may apply.
